My year is exploding.  But in a good way.

I’ve signed up for a whole bunch of workshops and presentations, in an effort to really “up my game” in delivering value to the community.  Here’s a taste:

My largest program is a series of workshops named Hire Smart, Retain Excellence.  It’ll be preceded by a webinar titled Attract Amazing Employees!  All this will start in August and go through October.

I’m delivering an exciting presentation with my friend Leslie Lautzenhiser at Quid Novi in October about second stage business growth and expansion, something that a lot of people are focusing on now.  In conjunction with that, Small Fish and Quid Novi are sponsoring awards for business innovation in the area.  If you know of a great company based in northern Colorado, consider nominating them.

I’m planning to again deliver my Business Kickoff workshops for the Mom-Owned Business Association and others who are starting up new businesses.  This was very popular back in January, so I’ll be offering it again in conjunction with my MOBA presentation on July 17th.

I’m giving a highlight presentation at the Workforce Symposium at BIXPO on September 17th, mysteriously titled The “Sandbox”.  It’s about innovation in the workplace.

I’m also delivering a couple of Fort Collins Chamber Lunch’n’learn sessions in August and November, around the topics of hiring and retention of great employees.  That’s become a huge topic this year for many of my clients, so I wanted to reach out more broadly to the community.

It’s going to be an exciting year!
